Double Crust: (This is the one I use because after it's made I seperate the dough in half and freeze half for next time)
Water, (80 Degrees) -- 10 1/2 ounces (1 1/4 cups + 1 Tbsp.)
Vegetable Oil -- 4 Tbsp.
All Purpose Flour -- 4 Cups
Sugar -- 1 Tsp.
Salt -- 1 Tsp.
Bread Machine/Fast Rise Yeast -- 2 Tsp.
Single Crust:
Water, (80 Degrees) -- 7 1/2 Ounces (3/4 cup + 3 Tbsp.)
Vegetable Oil -- 2 Tbsp.
All Purpose Flour -- 2 1/2 Cups
Sugar -- 1/2 Tsp.
Salt -- 1/2 Tsp.
Bread Machine/Fast Rise Yeast -- 1 1/2 Tsp.
(I usually add Basil and Oregano into the crust mixture too before starting. Adds a little flavor)
I top my pizza with:
1 small can Tomato Paste (I use Hunts usually) I sprinkle a little garlic salt over the tomato paste
1 Block Mozarella Cheese Shredded
Pepperoni
Black Olives
Mushrooms
Chunk Pineapple
Onion
**Sometimes I add Green Pepper, not a house favorite though
