I really enjoyed this article as I want to make my home and life more simple.
I wondered about one thing. I am not tech-savvy at all so I wish there was a way to save all of my favorite posts on here. I would like to be able to save them by different categories like rationing, cooking, simple life, etc. There are some categories on top but I would like a way that I could have lists of favorite articles. Like when you go to any online store you can save favorite items to a watchlist. Once I wanted to find something about rationing and I had to read through many posts to find what I wanted. Now if I wanted to find it again I would have to do the same thing. I don't know if that would be hard to do to make it so we can save our favorites. I suppose I could use a notebook and write down categories and articles but it would be easier if I could save them right on your website. I would like to go back to your first post and read them all over again and have a way to save them and sort them. I am very technologically challenged so I need all the help I can get.
Thanks and Have A Great Day!
Grandma Donna wrote, Becky Sue k, When using a computer to read my blog and you go to the home page there is a search box on the right hand column of my page that you can search for an article. At this time I do not have a solution to save your favorite post other than write down the title of the post and then do a search in the box. I hope this helps. Donna
Grandma Donna Wrote, Becky Sue K, Also when you go to the Home page and click in a heading on the menu bar, such as Once Upon A Time, and type that in the search bar, scoll down that that title should be listed. Another way of searching, is to click on the menu bar and say, living like the past or cooking from scratch and click on that and then scroll to the bottom of the page and those number take you back to older posts. When you find a page you like, note the title and the date it was written and so when you scroll back on the numbers you can click on a number to see what date those articles were written and give you a clue how much further back you need to go. I hope this helps. My blog does not have a lot of bells and whistles. My blog is not monetized and the few ads there are pay for the server charge there is to have this blog. I hope this helps. Donna
Thanks for your help.
